We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If within 14 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we will offer you a store credit to be used on a future order or you may do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color. We do not accept any exchanges after the listed 14 exchange window. Please note that the amount paid on the item will be issued onto a gift card, which can only be used on our site. Promo codes are non-transferable.
Fused Fine Jewelry does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an insured return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
Our insured shipping label must be used and the item must be sent back within 7 days of initiating your exchange. If an order is sent to us using a different shipping service, we will not accept liability and cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged.
Once we have received your exchange back, we will process it within 5 business days. Your item must be sent unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.
Upon approval, we will email you your store credit, ship out in stock exchange items, or begin production on your new item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Orders sent back without approval are subject to additional fees and the order will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We offer a complimentary 60-day warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pave stones, and broken clasps.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from everyday wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
