Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

    All Fused Fine Jewelry sales are final and cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to change the shipping address, please email us your order # to info@fusedfinejewelrynyc.com with “Address change” in the subject line.

    Can I wear my Fused Fine Jewelry all the time? 

      While we love wearing Fused Fine Jewelry as our second skin, it is recommended that you take extra care and attention to the jewelry while working out, showering, swimming, and sleeping.

      Is Fused Fine Jewelry a sustainable company? 

        Yes, Fused Fine Jewelry only uses ethically and responsibly sourced gold and diamonds.

        When will my order ship? 

          If your piece is in stock the piece will ship in 3-5 days. If the piece is pre-order, please allow 6-8 weeks for your piece to ship, as we are making it special just for you. 

          Do you offer a warranty? 

            Yes, we offer a 60 day warranty on all of our products please click here for more information.

            Does Fused Fine Jewelry offer repairs and resizing?

              Yes, we are able to offer repairs and resizing and each case will be reviewed individually. Please email info@fusedfinejewelrynyc.com with “Repair” in the subject line.  

              Are you able to rush orders? 

                We will try our best to rush orders but out of stock items will take a minimum of 6 weeks. Please email info@fusedfinejewelrynyc.com with “Rush Order” in the subject line and we will see what we can do.

                I don't know my ring size!

                  What if I received my ring and it doesn't fit?

                    We can exchange your ring for the right size if it's in stock, within 7 days. Please return the unworn ring in its original condition. If not in stock, ordering a replacement will take 6-8 weeks.

                    What can be engraved?

                      How do you I know when my order shipped?
